Drop off

  1. Sign up for a drop off time by clicking the button

  2. If you plan on bringing your items in a tub or container you want returned with unsold items in it at the end of the sale, make sure your consignor number written on it.  Please take your lids with you!  Lids that are not taken may become lost or broken.  

  3. When you arrive for drop off, sign in first.  We rarely have items that go missing, but if you are concerned about accounting for each of your items (and not donating unsold items), please request to check in your items.  Checking in your items entails a Good as New employee or volunteer scanning in each of your items.  This ensures us that the item was dropped off at the sale.  

  4. During sign in you will fill out your consignor contract, verify the method in which you would like to be paid (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or check.  If you wish to be paid by check, bring an addressed envelope with a stamp to drop off or bring a dollar and we can provide the envelope and stamp).

  5. Don't forget your dollar dash and consignor pre sale bands!!

Pick up

  1. Once the dollar dash has ended at 4pm on Sunday, items marked donate that didn't sell will be sent with a local charity.  

  2. All non-donate items will be sorted by the Good as New team by consignor number.  As soon as sorting is complete, we will post that items are ready for pickup on the Good as New Facebook group (please make sure you have been added to the group in advance!).

  3. When you arrive for pick up, a Good as New team member will go through your items with you and will sign you out.  If you opted to check in your items at drop off, we must check your items out to ensure item accuracy.  

  4. Large unsold items not marked donate MUST be picked up by consignor.  The Good as New team has no way to transport such items after the sale has ended!

  5. Items not marked donate MUST by picked up by consignor.  A $10 disposal fee will be deducted from consignors payment if we are forced to dispose of your items after the sale.

  6. Unsold, non-donated items must by picked up by consignor before 8:30pm Sunday night.  

  7. Electronic payments are typically received within a week.  Checks are typically mailed out within two weeks.
